Social program

The social program has been finalized. The following events will take place during the congress:
On August 15th an informal get together for the participants of the Women's Forum will take place at the congress centre.
On August 17th a reception will be organized at the congress centre to say good bye to the participants of the Women's Forum and to welcome the new guests of the General Assembly. The event will be accompanied by Pari Zanganeh, a blind Iranian singer. Download of documents : Biography of Pari Zanganeh , doc , 32 ko

NEW DATE: the Swiss Night will be held in August 20th. It will include a concert of the "Chorale du Brassus" ( Download of documents : Chorale du Brassus, 28 ko , doc ) which will take place in a church in downtown Geneva. The registration done with the registration form are still valid.

The gala dinner on August 22nd at the Crowne Plaza will close the congress.

Leisure activities

With our partners we are establishing a program of leisure activities to fill the evenings. This will include activities like a tandem tour around Geneva, guided walks in Geneva, a meeting with the senior group of the SFB-section of Geneva, or a presentation from CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research.

Detailed information and the availability for registration in these activities will be published on this site before the start of the congress. Please note that the exhibition Info Vision with international exhibitors will be open on Thursday night until 9 p.m. in order to offer the participants enough time to visit all of the booths.


Toilet facilities for dogs

During the congress a toilet facility for dogs will be at the disposal of those who require it next to the conference centre.
