Accommodation must be paid in Swiss Francs.
Exchange rate 1 CHF = 0.8 USD, subject to currency exchange.
A minimum deposit of two night's accommodation is required upon booking and the balance MUST be paid by 30th June 2008.
Booking
Please indicate the participant's name and "WBU 2008" on ALL payments.
In order to benefit from the special rates, please use the following booking methods:
Send the registration and Accomodation form () by fax or email at your earliest convenience.
We strongly advise all participants to book their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment. This counts for single registrations. For block bookings (10 rooms and above), federations and/or organizations should send their request by fax or email to Kuoni Travel Ltd. Destination Management. Different conditions will apply.
Payment
Kuoni Travel Ltd. Destination Management. accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
A minimum deposit of two night's accommodation is required for all hotel accommodations.
Personal Insurance
We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Cancellation of accommodation
All cancellations and modifications must be sent to Kuoni Travel Ltd. Destination Management Geneva in writing (fax, letter or email) at any stage prior to or during the event.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 2 nights' hotel accommodation will be charged
Less than 15 days prior to arrival - no refund unless we can resell the rooms
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and all payments will be non-refundable.
Early Departure Fee: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.
